The theater that has always distinguished Punto In Movimento is a theater of the group, of physical work, pregnant with signs and significance, truly a theater of the poor. Our masters are Stanislavsky, Grotowski, Barba, Strasberg and Peter Brook. Our daily work is training in acting, movement exercise, improvisation.

When working our productions are never thought of in static terms. We love to mount shows that were created for the stage in new and different locations, going to the limit, fighting a 'closed' way of thinking that goes in only one direction. Punto in Movimento came into being as the response to a need for renewal and evolution with respect to the previous experience of a group of independent artists and technicians who had been active in the visual and theater arts for 20 years. Their united desire was to produce film and theater by means of new forms of research and language, created with complete artistic freedom.

The shows to be performed in December 2007 are: Macbeth by W. Shakespeare, The Countess Julie by A. Strindberg, Hamlet by W. Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliette by W.Shakespeare, Reawakening of Spring of Sergio Moro by Frank Wedekind, Line by Israel Horowitz, Cyrano, a show on water...and not only, Simply Lucio a musical a musical about the life of Lucio Battisti, The Tempest voices of a lonely island from W. Shakespeare, Captain Fracassa by Vicenzo Todesco, Dracula by Patrik Girard, Madame Butterfly by David Belasco.

Punto In Movimento has the equipment, lights and amplifiers for theater and film and video production and post production.
